The Guardian ad Litem Program encourages men and women of all ages, races, education levels and backgrounds to volunteer.

No special skills are needed, just compassion, caring and common sense. You must have a sincere desire to help children, and be willing to make a commitment of 6-8 hours per month. You will be required to pass background and reference checks. You will then complete the free, 30 hour training program.

Once you have been accepted into the program as a trained volunteer, we ask that you accept at least one case, and stay with that child until their case is closed.
